I've got a question. If I request withdraw in PayPal you send me money as "for family" or as "goods or services"?

We operate a legitimate business, so all payouts are classified as "Service".

I think about Skrill, but PayPal is better for me.

A major part of this fee is a fixed ~35 cent commission per transaction. If you save up and withdraw bigger amounts this fee will not be so severe.
