This lottery finishes on the 26th of June!   Meaning the lottery finish on 12.01am june26 or through June 26?

It will be done on that day at a somewhat random time, to avoid a situation where people hold until the last minute to join. You can see the previous announcements in the news section for an idea of the time of day when it tends to happen.
