Right you all understand, except that you have to wrap it with "url" tag and not "img" tag, if it was an image then you use "img" tag.
It would be preferable to get directly the forum link from "imageshack.com" and post it without adding any tag.

hi i have requested money in 2020-06-01 17:16:22 and after couple of hours it shows to me that Payment complete but i didn't receive any money in my PayPal account till now can i know why and what wrong happened?????
