I have seen on the list of my DR's under section ''Cheats'' - 1
That means, referral has clicked Anti cheat link or is it something else.

Yes, you are absolutely right.
Your referral has failed our anti-cheat test, and, therefore, got punished.
This does not affect your earnings, however it has decreased his own balance by 5, 10 or 15 cents.
