Oh, I see.
You don't need this code, leave this field blank.
Just enter your PayPal and/or Payza e-mail in following fields and save settings.
Then you'll be able to withdraw your payment in Earnings section.

That means there is something in one of "Change password" fields, and something else (or none) in other.
If you do not want to change password, do not enter anything in these fields.
