Persona.ly have scammed us and have been removed from HeedYou

For the last several months Persona.ly have been quietly cutting our payouts by suspiciously round amounts. In the last 2 months, they’ve gotten more brazen and cut payouts to almost nothing. All attempts to contact them received no response, so I have no choice but to remove them from HeedYou.

They’ve been our partner for almost 10 years and, up until this year, have always been reliable and honest. In addition to that, the country they are based in is now going through hard times, so this wasn’t an easy decision. If they contacted us and explained that they would have to delay payments until things got better, I would have understood. But quietly stealing earnings and refusing to respond in any way is where I draw the line.

HeedYou finances will not be significantly affected by this, so everything continues as normal. Just leaving this here as a warning for others who might be experiencing similar issues with them or thinking of becoming their partner.
