The problem is that you clicked incorrect captcha too many times! and the message is sufficiently clear and precise in its meaning!

I haven't entered the captcha multiple times. The problem is with the site. And other times the same thing happened to me for no reason...

Well, It may happen with slow internet connection when you unknowingly click the wrong captcha image before all the other images load completely,
If the problem persists please let us know.
