Topic: Quality problem averted

Hello everyone!

We have found out that there was a group of bots that was clicking ads. It was specifically engineered towards bypassing our anti-bot measures and went unnoticed for several days. We have suspended the fraudulent accounts and improved our system in order to prevent this from happening again. We will continue to actively monitor and improve our detection to make sure that they don't return.

Having said that, several advertisers got affected by this issue, some more than others. So, we will be issuing compensations that are estimated to equal the price of ad views on their ads that bots got credited for.

If you are entitled for a compensation, you will receive a notification and appropriate sum credited to your purchase balance shortly.

My apologies for this temporary dip in quality of our service. But I hope that our reaction and swift measures we have taken shows our commitment to your satisfaction and that you can always rely on us to do things right.
