2) You are copying a word "cents" multiple times here but you are either not reading it or don't understand what it means. No worries, I can help you with that. What is cent? Ad value is measured in cents, your account balance is measured in dollars.

3) Balance is rounded up to a thousandth, so when you get credited with 0.05 cents, a.i. $0.0005, it shows as $0.001

TL; DR - It's payment processor who charges you for receiving a payment, not us. Save up more before withdrawing to reduce a relative fee or use Skrill, they have no fees at all.
