Sorry, can't see a picture... But we were able to replicate the issue. If the screen is small enough tooltips may get under a pointer and block the button.

Thanks for finding the issue, we will fix it.
Meanwhile, if this affects you, click near the edge of the button. The tooltip trigger is a picture in the middle, not the whole button.

In the attached image, you'll see that when I moved the pointer over the trophy icon, "Weekly Lottery" showed up then when I click on it the button doesn't work. This happens with all the buttons.

What do you mean? What happens when you move the pointer on the buttons?

The right navigation menu items don't work properly when the mouse pointer is over it.
