We have that rule for a reason. Paypal, for example, takes  $0.30 as a fixed fee from every payment. We will think about it though, maybe it can be decreased for a first deposit.

When someone will advertsising need deposit 5$min from his/her bank account to add funds. I think is high..so i suggest that should decreased this value to a lower value (maybe 2$-3$)
