There is no refreshing time, ads are available again after 23 hours. Yesterday you've clicked around 20:00-21:30 at server time, so the ads will be available once again at 19:00-20:30.

Today ads not refreshed . i believe that ad refreshing time at server night .right? CET pm11

iv clicked ads before 11pm

its bug or there is a rule on refreshing time?
