Yes, you can still upgrade through Payza, no problems with that.

I choose paypal for request paypal but upgrade account with payza... is it ok?

Payza is currently experiencing problems with credit cards. I have contacted them week ago, they have promised credit card transactions will be available in a few days, and but they still don't know when exactly it will be up again. So, if you want payments fast, as usual, please, choose PayPal to request your payout. As for Payza, it is hard to tell when they are going to finish their maintenance, once they had credit card problems for several months, hope this is not happening again. If you have requested with Payza and want to reconsider, contact us
