There are no secret deals, favorites, or special privileges. Believe it or not, I spend 5 minutes on the lottery each Monday, don't even pay attention to who participated, and don't remember who won.

The process of selecting the winners that the script does is extremely simple. It takes the entire database table with the list of people who have submitted points. It multiplies the number of points used by each user by a random number from 0 to 1 and sorts the list by the result. The top x number of spots (where x is the number of prizes) are the winners. The rest are out of luck.

If you get unlucky and your point amount gets multiplied by 0.0001, it doesn't matter how many points you've used. You will not win. But, it is also true that if most of the top spots get a low random number and you get close to 1, you can get into the winner list by submitting a tiny proportion of the total points.

So it is nearly impossible ( you are won $5 cash 2 weeks ago )

So my suggestion to Admin: delete the full lottery system and put this winnings to the surfing bonuses: it will be the REALLY lottery.
