Hello,
When it happens, are you still logged in when you refresh the View Ads page?

If not, this usually means that your internet connection is unstable and your IP address changes too often. Restarting your WiFi router, re-connecting, or using another Internet connection method might help with this.

If you are still logged in, it is, most likely, restrictive cookie settings in your browser - such as when a private mode is enabled. As a result, the ad viewing tab can't see that you are logged in. If so, please verify that you aren't using a private tab and that your cookie settings allow them to persist between tabs.
