Crowdflower tasks you complete are credited to your Clicks-FX account automatically. As we can see, you have completed 13 tasks for 0.9 cents, if you have completed anything else and did not get credited, please, contact Crowdflower.

Sorry, no referral commission is available for tasks.
You can request payouts every day, in fact, you can request every second if you have a balance that has more than $1 to request.
We would not recommend it though, because it would completely flood our requested payouts page
We process payments once a day, so it is best to request them once a day.

Sorry, there are no extra bonuses at the moment.
Upgrading your account won't change it.
