Sorry, we have called PayPal and asked for this feature, but it is not available for us at the moment. As soon as it is available, we'll be happy to use it. Maybe we'll even make payments automated (instant)

If masspay is not used,Indian recipients are charged with (3.9% to 4.4%)+0.30$ fees by paypal.

For example if we keep 1$ payout via paypal,we receive only about 0.65$ if masspay is not used after fee deductions.

Also masspay charges only flat 2% fees to send the payment which can be charged to the users.

Consider to use masspay while sending payouts via paypal.
