Even though issue has not been resolved, I have found an alternative way to fund my Payeer account and process all pending payouts. Should be no issues in the future.

There has been an issue with funding our Payeer account and because of that we are unable to send out Payeer payouts at this time. If you aren't willing to wait, please, contact us via a contact form and your payout will be returned to your account balance, allowing you to use PayPal or Skrill to get payouts as fast as usual.
