I am sorry to inform you that Payza will no longer be available for withdrawals or purchases. I am almost sure that Payza at this point is dead and there is no point in waiting for miracle.

All pending Payza payouts have been cancelled and returned to your account balance. I feel really bad because I know that there are no other options for some people, but there's nothing I can do about it.

I am currently looking for replacement for Payza to be able to pay people in countries that PayPal and Skrill do not serve and open for suggestions.
