I think Paypal is a good choice if there are no limitations with them in your country. smile

You may want to configure your Paypal email in account settings if you haven't.

Go to the settings by following this link:
http://heedyou.com/p/editacc

Or by clicking on the "Not set in account settings" option from your account:

You will see a paypal email configuration box like this:

Put your Paypal email address into it and click "Continue"

After that you can make request through Paypal by clicking the request button.

There is no steps but just one single step. By default It's selected in Paypal with your total balance where you have the ability to change the payment processor and the amount you want to receive, if you have nothing to change then all you need to do is click on "REQUEST" button.
