The image saved in your computer has to be uploaded to hosting image site like http://imageshack.us/ and not directly from your computer, the site will generate a link which is related to your image, copy the link, open a new post, see the small buttons just above, click url or img button, past your link inside.

i need help, still cant find where is the browser to pick image from my computer
