Did you add a new toolbar in your browser recently? If making sure that the browser window is full screen does not help, try zooming page out a little bit.

Resize the browser window and refresh to continue
Increase the screen resolution and refresh to continue
Try using another device

I try on another device, but don't count.
I refreshed, also don't work.
